I got the car with 3/4 tank of gas, which is annoying because to return it I need to time my mileage back or gift fuel to the owner. Rear left tire also had a nail in it. Spent half a day of my rental getting it fixed so I could use the car the rest of the week.

Communication was excellent during the whole trip, and the pickup/drop-off process was very easy and convenient.
