Rear upper air vents did not blow air at all. Reached out to Host and had near no support other than to hit the button. No symptom no apology or nothing. It’s a minivan so we had kids in the back in 100 degree heat.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car
You basically just wanted to get a refund
So you need to Do Better next time

The host was very helpful. The van ran great, was clean and smelled nice. The DVD player screen would go in and out. It seemed to have a "sweet" spot. But that didnt affect our trip. It was great.

I absolutely loved this car. Super smooth and the TV was a plus. The TV did stop working during my reservation time but we still had good use out of it. Host super sweet and available. Would definitely rent again.
