The car ran pretty well... however.... the interior was dusty and dirty... needs to be detailed badly (lots of dust, dirt, smears, and tons of what looked like sunscreen smeared all over walls and cupholders in the third seat). The infotainment system was loose... not even attached. No stereo, no GPS, no explanation. Really strange to have an electronic piece of the vehicle literally just sittting there... couldve fallen out any time. Not attached, nothing holding it in. Host communicated well. Pick up and drop off was easy. Would book this vehicle again... but only if it was thoroughly cleaned and had a functioning stereo/navigation system.

About cleaning you right the van was just coming back from long trip and due to the weather storm in LA all car washes was closed and the driver cleaned it by himself as much as he could .not to cancel your trip which would be hard on such weather
About radio yes we found it completely dead
Now we got our van detailed and we replaced the radio with a brand new apple CarPlay and android auto and now it’s ready for upcoming trips
No smoking allowed
