Bald tires that’s why the car was shaking car was filthy also
Scammer. Car was washed and vacuumed before the trip. This guy used the car for a day and then made up story. Tires are in very good condition. Car has been maintained very well on regular basis in very good condition. Have reported this scam to Turo already.

Pick up and dropoff- instructions were good and well in advance. Lockbox code is given at pickup which required coordination and caused some delay.
Car condition: For 2015 model, it was pretty good, worked well. All functions were working.
Cleanliness: good
