This is my first time renting through Turo. I heard it through a friend I was able to pick a pet option which was amazing. It helped me and my family plan an amazing vacation for five days very easy very straightforward on signing up talking with the owner, picking it up and dropping it off great for experience will definitely use in the future.

The servicio light was on and the tire light came on too also the wheel alignment was off so when you leave the wheel straight the car goes to the right a bit but the car was good otherwise
It is the oil change reminder to change oil in the next few hundred miles and the reminder was on during your trip. The oil change was done after the car returned from your trip and tire alignment done at tiee shop as well.

Very dirty, grimy and smoky old minivan with $163k miles. Told owner when picked it up but he just blamed the prior renter — although the smoke and dirt/grime were definitely not new. We returned it early as smoke caused headaches.
Wish could share photos of the dirty cupholders, floor panels, scratched wheels and duct tape on rear door latch.
Sorry for the inconvenience. The car was rented by another customer and returned the day before with smoking smell. Thorough cleaning was not able to remove the smoking smell and I ordered special instrument from Amazon to remove the smell which took a few days to arrive. I have shared the screenshot of the communication with that customer to you. It was new from the last renter and it has been taken care and now no more any smell.
