Olvidé tomar la fotografía de las millas que tenía y le escribí al dueño y le dije, pero mi traducción dio malas millas y se desesperó y me habló feo que me iba a reportar que tenía que subir de una vez las fotos y le dije que se calmara que estaba manejando, estaba en autopista y no podía tener el celular y le envié la foto y las pude subir nuevamente a TURO . Además me dice que cuando recogí la van tenía que entregarla limpia y él me la dejó toda sucia por dentro y por fuera y los vidrios manchados. No tiene cortes ni respeto hacia sus clientes. Si pudiera darse 0 estrellas lo hiciera. Le hace falta amabilidad y responder con buenos modales y tener su camioneta limpia para el agrado de las personas y como ella.

this is what happened.
when you picked up the car, you didn't upload the picture of mileage for check in as required by turo policy. You said you didn't get chance to take picture of mileage. Then instead you lied and sent me a message with the mileage which is 200+ miles above the actual mileage. I said I will have to let turo know. Then finally you uploaded it which is 200+ miles higher. In the end you drove almost 500 miles in one day. And you just wanna drive those for free. A big scammer!
Great host. Was really very responsive, flexible and understanding when my flights kept getting canceled.
Car drives great and is in good condition. Perfect for a family or group. Would definitely rent again.

Great car for a large family. Great host. Heads up, the car is a bit away from SFO, need to take shuttle and walk two blocks.

Thanks booking my car. The car is parked just one exist from SFO terminal. it takes only 5min from terminal to the car parking lot. It is even closer and easier to pick up the car at my parking lot than picking up from the airport parking garage, which needs to take tram to get there.
