The van itself was in good condition, met our needs, and functioned well throughout the rental period. However, the pick up/drop-off process was inconvenient.
We had agreed on a specific drop-off time, but the representative was not present upon arrival. Instead of a direct handoff, we were asked to leave the van at a local business and walk back, which was not ideal when traveling with small children and grandparents. When we attempted to contact the rental provider for clarification or assistance, calls went unanswered. This resulted in us circling the area for approximately 30 minutes, very stressful.
