Car was reliable and as described. We used it for a road trip with two toddlers and it was great to have extra space. Air conditioning was working properly and we had no battery issues (things mentioned in previous reviews). Pickup/drop off location was easy to find, and host was very communicative.

It’s an older van. The AC was on and off and the battery had to be jumped

Automatic Door doesn’t work on passenger side, other than that really good ride and would highly recommend.

the van was fantastic the whole experience from renting to return was easy and seamless. the vehicle was in very clean and good condition and had more than enough space for our family. Added bonus of a DVD player with a good size screen for the babies in the back. I'd gladly rent this same van for our family vacation again!
