I would give the host 5 stars but the vehicle 2-3.
It’s an older van. The AC was on and off and the battery had to be jumped

Automatic Door doesn’t work on passenger side, other than that really good ride and would highly recommend.

the van was fantastic the whole experience from renting to return was easy and seamless. the vehicle was in very clean and good condition and had more than enough space for our family. Added bonus of a DVD player with a good size screen for the babies in the back. I'd gladly rent this same van for our family vacation again!

The van was as described. We didn't have an issue with the van itself. We did have a couple issues upon pickup. High Peak Rides made the effort to make up for the issues hence my positive rating.
