The pickup location, access to the car, and communication was great, but the inside (the seats and floor) wasn’t clean and reeked very bad of cigarette smell/residue. As I have an autoimmune illness, I had to spray it out with lysol and febreze the night before using it for a work project the next morning.
Thanks for the feedback, Stephen. I’m glad pickup and communication went smoothly. Unfortunately, as this is a rental, I don’t have full control over what guests do inside the car. Turo has a strict no-smoking policy, but not everyone respects it. I always do my best to clean and air out the vehicle between trips, and I appreciate your understanding as I continue improving the experience for future guests.
