Instruction was great. Communication was great. The car was little inefficient.

We offer our deepest apologies! There had been a faulty emissions part that had been replaced. Due to the nature of these parts, sometimes it’ll take a longer then a normal drive cycle for the car’s computer to register that the problem has been solved and a code will appear or reappear for a short while. By the time the car was returned, the code was gone, and we assured the guest it would not effect their ride but we completely understand any dissatisfaction and wish to provide restitution.
Host was really helpful and pulled through last minute. Thanks
