Amazing experience with the vehicle and the car. He helped us with everything. Also, communication for the pickup and drop off was spot on.

The car was amazing. Really great shape. A few dents. Wasn’t entirely clean but it was good. Didn’t smell or anything.
Communication was great. My biggest issue was pick up / drop off being so far from the airport. It’s not at the airport and on a random none busy Tuesday late morning, it took 90 minutes to get from the car drop off to the airport taking public transportation. Could take an Uber but for my family it would’ve been $60.

Thank you for your feedback, I’m glad you found the vehicle to be in great shape and that communication was excellent, i’d just like to clarify that the pickup & drop off location was clearly disclosed in the listing before the trip was booked, Turo also offers airport delivery options, but those options come at a higher cost, i always do my best to make all trips details clear in advance so guests choose the option that best fits their needs, & as in the chat between me & you, point was clear.
