I did not have a great experience with this van. It is very old and you cannot tell that from the pictures. If you are looking for a nice up to date rental car, this is not what you’re looking for. There’s a lot of items in the car that do not work or is old and don’t work properly. From the first night I picked it up I let the host know that something was wrong with the steering wheel. It was so hard to turn and once it started raining it got even worse. It was very dangerous trying to drive the van in the rain. I ended up turning the van in early and just using an uber because it wasn’t worth the stress or the danger of driving it on the road. It was like fighting against someone who was trying to turn it the opposite way at the same time. There’s a lot of things in the car that are old and don’t work like they should. It has over 180k miles on it and it drives like it. When you are sitting at a light or parked with the car on, the car will make these loud random sounds and it can be very embarrassing. Overall, the car was hard to drive and if I would’ve known what I was getting into I would not have picked this van up. Although it is a van and says it seats 7 people, it’s not realistic. It can comfortably seat maybe 3 in the back, not 5. There’s not a lot of space whatsoever. And there’s a lot of pieces inside the car that are broken and hanging off. It was a very uncomfortable time because even something so simple as pulling a bag out of the trunk caused a piece of the trunk material to come undone from the plastic part. It will make you feel like you are breaking something but in reality the car is just very old and worn down.

The air conditioner needs a recharge and seat covers should be placed on the front seats. Wear and tear is normal but uncomfortable when the leather is all crumbled up.

Excellent vehicle to rent. The pick up and drop off was very easy and seamless. The air-conditioning was strong, the movie player worked well, and the car was overall great to drive, and was an excellent price point. I would definitely recommend and will rent again if I need a van.
