Car was perfect for our size of family and very clean.
Although during an emergency with the vehicle, we could not reach them on their 24/7 service number for help.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with a dead battery during the trip. We had previously warned the guest that the battery was draining, and the trunk door was left open, which caused the problem. The car wouldn’t start when the guest needed to go to the airport. Despite this, we appreciate the guest and hope the rest of the trip was comfortable.
