Pick up and drop off was super convenient. Van was perfect for our family of six. Plenty of room for all our luggage. It was hot but the AC worked so well, thankfully. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a larger vehicle for your trip. Ben was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We had a great time! Thanks again Ben

Ben was very responsive and reassuring. However, there were worrisome elements to the car that made the overall experience an unpleasant one, for me as well as my passengers. There was the constant worry of the warning that went from “Maintenance Required Soon” at the beginning of our trip to “Maintenance Required” in the middle of our trip; the constant smell of mold/mildew, especially from the back end of the car (I suspect the fabric in the trunk and back of the last row of seats), and the tire pressure warning coming on at the beginning of the trip and requiring that I fill up the air on my own time and dime made this experience an unpleasant one. There was also the trunk door that did not shut or open automatically (which Ben let me know about right before my trip started). While the car itself was clean, the moldy smell permeated the entire car from the very beginning, requiring airing out of the car before we got into it. And even though the smell seemed to dissipate after airing out the car for the front passengers, the back passengers smelled some degree of it throughout the entire trip (the air freshener didn’t help in the very back row). All of these things put together - particularly the constant worry of the car failing despite the reassurances from the host and the constant moldy smell - did not make this driving experience a pleasant one. In the end, the car did drive us to our destinations safely, but when we were driving in areas that have no reception (which was nearly everyday) to call for help if the car broke down, the fear of being stranded was very real. I had to modify the last part of my trip to accommodate these concerns, which was also a factor in my overall negative experience, especially for the cost of the rental.

The car was perfect for our large group. Very easy to get in and out of the third row. It drove very well and was very clean and comfortable. Ben was very easy to communicate with and made the experience a breeze! Highly recommend booking this vehicle!
