AWESOME TURO HOST! If we could give this guy a HOST OF THE MONTH AWARD> he would get it!
Our 1st flight was delayed by 5 hours bringing us into a PickUp time which was Late into the night. Making contact and informing the host of our delay was EASY and he worked with us! As much hectic the trip getting over was, Getting to the TURO was a cakewalk.
The Caravan was Perfect for our trip, as we were delivering our youngest to College all the way from Honolulu. 5 of us and about 6 large suitcases fitting with enough space and room to spread out. AC was cold, stereo was bumping, it was just an easy ride.
I was in literal tears over the delay and the wrench thrown into the time management plans. Once again, Joseph OUR HERO helped us out and got us rolling along. THANK YOU Joseph!! And look us up in Honolulu if you are EVER out there!!

Thank you Jenna, we have been in a similar position and understand when dealing with flights and delays. We also know how important having the vehicle you are depending on to be ready when you do arrive. I am just glad we made it work and you were able to enjoy your trip without worrying about transportation. Congrats to your youngest! We will reach out when we get to Honolulu!
Great car! Very clean and perfect for our family having to visit Seattle for my Grandpa’s funeral! Communication was great and we always felt like if we needed anything they would respond quickly and help us out! Oh, and the little gift baggie was a great touch :)
