Extremely unsafe and distressing experience. Pickup was delayed about an hour due to poor communication from the host, and the vehicle was left in paid parking without disclosing I would be responsible for that cost. Shortly after driving, a tire blew out, nearly causing an accident while a minor was in the vehicle. When I contacted the host for help, he repeatedly claimed there was a spare tire in the car, which was false despite photo and video proof. Rather than assisting in an emergency roadside situation, the host was unhelpful and dismissive. More concerning, during a phone call the host threatened to report me to police as if I had stolen the vehicle after I informed him there was no spare tire, which felt intimidating and inappropriate. This experience raised serious safety, honesty, and host conduct concerns. I would not recommend renting from this host.
1 hour late? Yes cause you NEVER submitted your driver's license.. ITS NOT THE HOST RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR AIRPORT PARKING.. YOU SHOULD OF READ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A GUEST . AND YOU LIE ..IT DIDN'T HAD A BLOWOUT YOU CRASHED THE VAN CRACKED THE BUMPER AND RIM.. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN REPORTED VAN IS AT A SHOP GETTING FIX .. WHICH YOU SHOULD KNOW YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR.. NEXT TIME BE RESPONSIBLE AND HONEST..
