The van ran great. Very smooth ride and clean. It was also VERY convenient to pick up and drop off. Communication was good as well.
The one issue I had was trying to extend a couple hours (or even if I wanted to drop off early). I wanted to extend a couple hours but it would've cost me $100+. I was told that turo controls the pricing and the host has no control over it. I understand having to pay to extend a trip but $100 for even 1 hour was a bummer. Even if I wanted to end the trip a few hours early, Turo said I would have to pay $100+ because when I booked, I received a 3 day discount.
But besides that, the host was very responsive and informative. I would rent again knowing this info. Thank you.
