The Pacifica was clean, fresh-smelling, and easy to find in the lot — pickup couldn’t have been simpler. It had plenty of power for longer road trips, and the comfort level was outstanding. My only regret is that I spent the whole trip behind the wheel: the passengers in the second row were riding around like it was a proper limousine. Highly recommended.

Clean and working properly. Easy to retrieve car at the airport for pick up and drop off was easy as well with clear instructions of both.
I did have an issue with damage to the car due to a curb I didn’t see at the hotel and ran over on the day I was leaving. I temporarily taped the hanging damaged piece under the car and ran to catch a flight running late, with intentions to let the host know of my incident with the damage as soon as I could. I got home and flew out the next morning and returned home 3 days later with a message from the host about the damage.
There was a repair cost for the damage I made to the car and I think the cost was fair.
I am pleased with the outcome and hope that the host is as well.
