Overall, we had a good experience with this rental. The minivan was in good condition for its age, though it had a slight smoke smell and was a little slow getting up to highway speed. The host was very kind and we like supporting a military family.
The only issue we encountered was communication. It appears the account is managed by a team, and while our messages were read, responses sometimes took several hours. This created a bit of confusion when we needed to arrange an early drop-off. I shared this feedback with the owner, and I think having someone respond promptly after reading messages would make the experience even better.
Overall, I would rent from them again.
