The car was not in the lot and the host did not respond the several times we called. We received one message saying the car was in the lot. We also got a late return notice. Horrible!!!
The vehicle was in the designated lot for the entire reservation, and we provided confirmation of its exact location. We responded through the app, which is the required method of communication. We did not receive any confirmed calls. The late return notice was system-generated based on the reservation timing. We strive to be responsive and transparent with all guests.
