Good communication. Car does the job.. no bells and whistles though.

The car was unsafe – loud grinding noise every time we used the brakes, and one of the headlights was out. We wasted hours dealing with it while our small children were a mess, and then had to return it and rent another car. I would not use Turo again, and do not trust this host to tell the truth about the safety of their car.
This claim does not match the condition of the vehicle. The car is regularly maintained and had no brake or headlight issues before or after this trip. We also received no communication from the guest during the reservation about any concerns. If there were real safety issues, we would have addressed them immediately. It appears the guest chose not to proceed with the rental.
