I had a great experience renting this car on Turo! The car was very clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and reliable throughout the entire trip. Had to change vehicles due to it not fitting the space we needed. I was not allowed a refund if the difference in the down grade of a vehicle.

Thanks for the rental. Unfortunately, renting a Camaro for four passengers with a week's worth of luggage was a mistake on my part; however, I realized a larger car was needed and made the switch. Regarding the extra charge, Turo has its rules, and I cannot change them.

Owner told us night before receive the car that it wouldn’t be available because the brakes were bad and they’d switch the car out. Upon arrival we noticed that it was the same car, the brakes were HORRIBLE. Very unacceptable and not safe

The car was replaced; the guest rented a white 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and used a silver 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. The guest received a response in less than a minute when requesting it, but viewed the message and did not reply. They continued to use the car for 5 days without any complaints.
