Owner told us night before receive the car that it wouldn’t be available because the brakes were bad and they’d switch the car out. Upon arrival we noticed that it was the same car, the brakes were HORRIBLE. Very unacceptable and not safe
The car was replaced; the guest rented a white 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and used a silver 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. The guest received a response in less than a minute when requesting it, but viewed the message and did not reply. They continued to use the car for 5 days without any complaints.

Pick up was simple and the car was up-to-date and reliable. My only thing was that I had to drop off the car in a specific airport garage, which was a little time consuming because I had to take time to find it.

Just to clarify, the specific return location at the Fort Lauderdale airport garage is a rule set by Turo in agreement with the airport. Unfortunately, hosts are not able to choose a different return location there. I appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again in the future!
