THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION DURING MY TRIP DESPITE ME REACHING OUT TO MY HOST
! THE VEHICLE DIDNT HAVE ANY AIR FOR A FOUR HOUR TRIP THERE AND 4 BACK! IT WAS 80 DEGREES ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. TOO HOT NOT TO HAVE ANY AIR!!! I REGRET RENTING THIS VEHICLE! BY THE TIME ME AND MY PARTY GOT TO OUR DESTINATION WE WERE ALL SOAKED FROM OUR OWN SWEAT! I HAVE ALSO REACHED OUT TO TURO CONCERNING THIS MANNER AND THE FACT THAT THE VAN SHAKES WHEN YOU GET TO 60 MPH. ALMOST $500 FOR THE WORST RIDE OF MY LIFE!!!

Other than the host letting us know about the air in advance. This was a very comfortable trip. I like to thank the host for keeping in contact back and forth. Also for extending the time of returning the vehicle and customer service was awesome too.

Overall good. I wouldn’t recommend the 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan for highway speeds over 65. Clean vehicle, nice people.
