This client drove with the parking brake on for half a mile, and then asked me why the brakes were smoking. The car was picked up clean, and returned with a strong smoke odor with ashes and stains throughout the interior of the vehicle. It seems like the review left was in response to not having instructions for how to use a parking brake.
