Horrible rental experience! Immediately noticed a significant wobble in the vehicle after picking up. I contacted the host right away and was basically told my only real option was to return the car and cancel the trip because there were no other vehicles available for my trip dates.
After we made it to our destination, one of the tires went completely flat leaving my family and I (all women btw) stranded at a gas station at night. I contacted the host for assistance but instead of being helpful he was dismissive, and offered no meaningful support.
We eventually managed to put the donut on then spend most of the following morning at the tire shop. According to the technician the tire was in horrible condition as well as the rest of them and should never had been driven on. So clearly the host doesn’t care about the upkeep of the vehicle and are putting people in danger.
The car was also nasty on the inside. It wasn’t properly vacuumed.
