Car was great and did not faced any issues during our trip. Had excellant experience with Mike. He delivered car on time, making entire process smooth and hassle free. Highly recommended!!!

Michael was wonderful and fast with communication. Pick up and drop off were both easy and convenient. The van had definitely been smoked in and smelled the entire week even after airing it out and car fresheners that we purchased. Otherwise, it was a great experience and would definitely rent from him again.
I am extremely disappointed to read this. We spend a ridiculous amount of money deodorizing and disinfecting each vehicle. Ozone 30 minutes in each car plus setting off a fragrance fog canister. I feel terrible if this car smelled badly. So frustrating!

Mike, Lisa, and their whole team were wonderful! I felt as though I were just borrowing a car from family. They made it so easy. The van was perfect for our road trip to NE. Very clean and in perfect condition. Will definitely rent from them again! This was my first Turo booking. I highly recommend it with Mike!
