This was a great experience. Car was clean and ran great. Perfect for our family road trip of four with luggage. Also saved on gas at a time when gas prices are high. Communication was also spot on! Highly recommend!

Sophia and Jenelle were fantastic hosts! They were very responsive, communicative, and accommodating throughout the trip. The car was very clean, spacious, and clearly well maintained. We specifically chose this vehicle because of the second-row footrest for comfort during a long drive, and it made a huge difference. Everything about the experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend renting from them!

Host was very nice and communicative. Pickup was very easy to locate. Van could be a little cleaner inside but it did what I needed for.

Easy pickup, good experience in driving the car too but found 2 issues -
1. Broken front dashboard which wasn’t informed prior to pickup
2. Gas capacity meter in Instrument cluster doesn’t seem to be working as even after driving for 100 miles, the cluster was still showing as full tank which can be misleading.
Regarding the dashboard concern, we inspected the vehicle after the trip and did not find any damage to the dashboard area. As for the fuel gauge, that behavior is actually normal for the Toyota Sienna Hybrid. The Sienna is well known for its exceptional fuel efficiency, and it’s common for the gauge to stay near “full” for a long period of driving, especially during the first 100+ miles after refueling.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
