The car is fine, it’s fairly basic with cloth seats. There were some stains on the seats and the outside of the car had not been washed in a while. The car was delivered 45 minutes late, and communication was sparse. I requested compensation twice for the delay in delivery and they eventually refunded half a days rental, which I thought was fair.
You get a basic car for a decent price that will get you where you need to go. But it’s not the cleanest vehicle and you should begin the rental several hours before you need it to ensure it’s delivered on time.

Upon arrival, keys were not available. When messaging the “24/7” host, the person responding could not help us. We waited for an hour before getting access to our keys.
