Got stranded on side of freeway. All check lights came on within 30 minutes of driving. Had to pull over with no power from 3 lanes inside. Host was kind and dropped us off at a hotel but turo support tried to only partially refund, and still will not truly compensate beyond an uber to go back to DFW to get another vehicle that I have to pay for. I wasted half of my day unable to use the transportation and going back and forth over the phone with Turo support. Host not a problem, vehicle unreliable, Turo support very manipulative.

The key fob battery is dead couldn't get it to work most of the trip

Van was nice and clean, full of gas and ready to rock and roll. It got my family from point A to point B safely and that’s all I could ask for. We will be steady customers. No complaints

Great. Just the doors dont lock when you are on a hill and it is a little dangerous with kids. Also 135,000 miles is a lot

Yes, the sliding doors do require a little harder push to close when the van is on a hill.
As for the mileage, it does have some miles, but We stay on top of all the maintenance and keep the vehicle in excellent mechanical condition, so there's nothing to worry about 😊
