Car was clean but not maintenance had been done. Needed an oil change, steering was wobbly. And the battery was dead. We had to jump the car every day. Ruining our family vacations as strangers had to help us every time the car was off. Host said they would refund us something and at the end of it all they did not. I will not be renting from here again
Hi Nick, I’m sorry the trip did not meet your expectations. While you were multiple states away, I offered to pay for or reimburse a local replacement battery to resolve the issue quickly, and you mentioned it was okay and not necessary. The vehicle is regularly maintained, and I take safety seriously. I intended to offer partial reimbursement, however the vehicle was returned without a full tank and required extensive sand cleaning under Turo guidelines.
