The van was usable for our trip, and the home delivery/pickup arrangement was convenient. Unfortunately, the interior was poorly cleaned when it was delivered. I notified the host through Turo after pickup.
This was disappointing because the vehicle should have been clean and ready for a family trip. While the van did serve its transportation purpose, the condition at delivery lowered my confidence in the rental. Future renters should inspect the interior carefully and document the vehicle condition before starting their trip.

Everything went really well with the rental. Car was clean, host was very communicative, helpful and attentive. We did discuss some maintenance the car could use but all in all no issues. Would recommend and rent again with them.
