It might sound very picky. But we are expected not to smoke in the car and when I began driving it smelled A LOT like cigar smoke. I had a newborn and young children so we basically had to have the windows down. We also had to have the windows down because the AC in the back wasn’t working. Which again, was very inconvenient. The Host, Diana did her best to explain and help us/guide us in solving our issue. But unfortunately that did not work. I don’t think I would consider renting this vehicle again. The smoke smell is what really bothered us the most it also made a lot of noise when we had the AC on, but the vehicle ran good and brakes were good too..

Sorry about this experience, in regards to the smell turo and I are working very hard to identify guests that break turos no smoking policy to restrict them from renting any of my cars, unfortunately I have to accept all trips and restrict guests after they break the rules, in regards to the rear A/C it was working when it was dropped off and I know blower motors get stuck and I just had it replaced rear AC blower working just fine now.
