Awesome host. He was very accommodating and has got to be one of the nicest people I've ever met. Definitely would have no regrets renting from him again. Car was great as well. No issues

Host advertised free car pick up at LAX then made me pay the parking lot fee to pick up the car. Host then tried to get me to pay the parking lot fee again to drop off the car at LAX. Car itself was great.

Before the trip, I clearly disclosed the airport parking fee policy in the trip details to avoid misunderstandings. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out before delivery, with photos documenting its condition. Unfortunately, the vehicle was returned with food residue and trash left inside. I always strive to communicate clearly and provide a good experience for every guest.
