The pick up location was easy and convenient. We had a little difficulty getting the key because we were given the incorrect code initially. But the host responded quickly and we got the correct code. The car quality overall was very good. Upon initial inspection, we determined that the second row seats on the driver side couldn’t move properly and we contacted the host immediately. He told us that the previous renters had damaged the lever and that they had ordered a new one. So for our entire trip, we use the passenger side to allow our kids into the third row.
The car was very clean, and it drove well. It was roomy for all six of us; overall we thought it was a great car.
We returned the car three hours early because we got back to Austin earlier than we thought. We dropped the car back up at the pick up location we contacted the host to let them know we dropped it off early. We requested an early drop off the Turo, but we were quicker than Turo was; We contacted the host to them know that we had dropped off the vehicle. Put the keys inside the lock box as it was before. We had a very good experience. Thanks!
