The car was great, but I found out how technically challenged I am. I somehow missed many of the messages that were sent by Turo to help guide me through the process of renting with them. Sorry. Pretty sure I didn't do the process right. Thankfully the host was helpful and called me to help regarding thi pick up and drop off. Hope everything was done enough to satisfy the rental agreement.

Delivery was great. The car is new, just a few months old and runs great. Efficient, great mileage for such a large car, and plenty of room for our family. Our kids enjoyed being able to open the doors themselves. AC in the three rows, sunroof and power trunk were really appreciated. The hosts provided prompt communication when needed.
