Condition as to be expected for the age of the vehicle; however reverse camera could be upgraded/replaced as a cheap add on and the tires need to be replaced soon. Tires spun upon low acceleration.

The van itself was great for our family. However, we were disappointed with the parking situation. The vehicle was parked in the Blue Garage 12 hours before our scheduled pickup, resulting in a full-day parking charge. Although the posted rate is $5 per hour, we had to pay $26 to exit the garage, despite leaving only 36 minutes after our scheduled time.
This was unexpected, especially since the host stated that parking fees are split 50/50. We returned the vehicle at the scheduled time but were not given the same opportunity to exit for $5. A heads-up that we would be responsible for a full day of parking despite having a scheduled pickup time would have been appreciated. Additionally, there was no cell service or Wi-Fi in the garage, making it impossible to upload arrival and departure information at the time.

Even if the vehicle had been parked for only four hours, the parking fee would still have been $26. As stated in our listing, guests are responsible for parking fees up to $26. The host covers parking only when picking up the returned vehicle. If you had selected the delivery option with a fee of at least $50, we would have reimbursed the $26 parking charge. This information was provided in our listing and welcome message.
