The car quality was amazing. Pickup is easy and the host is awesome. I had an issue with the van, but rather than highlight the issue.I'd rather highlight the customer service surrounding the issue, which was phenomenal. What needed to be corrected was done with absolutely no impact to me while I was working. The Van was then ready for me. Well, before I had to leave on my trip.Great job guys.I will definitely be hanging out with van again!

Thank you!
Couldn’t of asked for a better car to use this weekend and the host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for everything.

Easy to book pick up and drop off the van was great for our road tripI

Condition as to be expected for the age of the vehicle; however reverse camera could be upgraded/replaced as a cheap add on and the tires need to be replaced soon. Tires spun upon low acceleration.

Thanks for the feedback, those tires I replaced them not even a year ago 😞
