This was my first time Turoing - I had trouble finding the car on pickup because previous renter must have dropped the pin in the wrong location. But follow the notes and ride the shuttle to the correct spot.

One important note for future guests: previous renters never drop off or move our vehicles — we handle every handoff personally with a safety inspection and full clean. The exact pickup location is detailed in the instructions shared in two places in the app. No need for Google Maps — just follow the notes and you'll be there in no time!
