Thank you for a great rental experience! The Kia Carnival is spacious and drives like a brand new car! Stephen was quick to respond to communications and made check-in and check-out easy! A great trip to Austin made better with having a great mode of transportation!

The car was clean and spacious. Pick up and drop off were easy per the instructions. Only issue was getting the cars location initially- I had to ask for it despite instructions saying it would be included in the preset info. Took about 30 mins for him to get back to me
