The plate on the car was expired for a temporary tag. The tires were bald and picking up from the Parking spot West late at night/early morning was inconvenient. The lock box wouldn’t open to get keys.

We had a smooth and easy experience with Johanna and Joseph. They were super communicative, even when our flight was delayed and we weren't getting to the car until quite late. The Caravan was roomy, in great condition and perfect for our trip. I would definitely rent with them again.
