Van ran fine but had no radio and the owner never responded after a message was left about it.

Battery drained often and I couldn’t start the car. Seems it consumes excessive gas. There was a strong gas smell.

Overall good experience. Car was a little beat up and seats were stained, which was fine. A little confusing trying to figure out which shuttle we take from the airport to the parking lot.

Once the smell of the carpet cleaner wore off, the van ended up smelling like dog and smoke. Van functioned all right, but I really didn't get any greater value using this service. Then if I just gone through one of the big car rentals. In fact I think it would have been cheaper had I gone through the bigger car rental services and I would have had a newer vehicle that didn't smell like dog and smoke. Probably won't use this service again.
