Van was clean, it ran excellent over our nearly 2000 mile trip to several National Parks, and the rented cooler was awesome!
Had a hard time finding the vehicle at the Denver airport, but Sandra was responsive and very helpful when I reached out. Called me almost immediately and helped guide me to it, even turned on the AC remotely before we got into it.
Small issue with a wiper blade not working, but again was easy to talk with the host to address it. It turned out to be a loose screw that a local shop fixed for free.
I'd rent again!
