Pickup is to ParkDIA airport lot. You will pay ParkDIA directly for parking to exit $36 + 5.99 processing, and return is free. We sanitize inside between trips and ensure cleaned for you. During the extreme cold, car washes are closed, so Exterior may be dirty during some trips.

Please read all communications via turo messaging from pre to to post trip for instructions throughout your rental, download and turn on notifications so you are informed throughout the rental process. Return the car as you received it (clean, fueled & without damage). Be mindful that host are personally sharing their vehicles so kindly treat them better than you would treat your own. Cleaning, Fuel, Smoking, Damage, and Insurance liability guidelines for this vehicle are as follows: CONDITION: Return the vehicle in the condition it was received ready to be rented. If the vehicle is returned unsatisfactory, Turo charges $150 cleaning fee for excessive dirtiness, which includes sand removal costs. Also, expect to receive a negative review. CLEANING: You will receive checkout instructions 2 days before the end of your trip regarding cleaning information. SMOKING: Turo prohibits smoking in any vehicle and guests are subject to penalties and possible termination from the platform if smoke is detected during checkout. You are responsible for the cost of smoke removal which is $250. FUEL: Return the vehicle at the same gas level as when you received it otherwise there will be a $10 charge + cost of fuel. DAMAGES: You are responsible for any new damage, dent, scrape scratch, or ding greater than 3 inches in length to the exterior or interior of the vehicle during your rental period. Standard Turo claims procedures apply. DRIVERS: Second drivers must have a verified account before being added to the reservation. Only Turo-verified approved drivers are covered by Liberty Mutual Insurance. Any anticipated drivers must be added to the reservation to be covered for damages to avoid out-of-pocket expenses. TICKETS: Parking and citation tickets will be the renter's financial responsibility. KEYS: Lost, stolen or damaged keys such as keys that are no longer being detected in the vehicle which means that you got the key wet (It is not a battery issue). We are not responsible for damaged keys. OFF-ROADING: Is strictly prohibited by Turo and could lead to account termination and penalties. NOTE: By agreeing to these guidelines you are taking responsibility for the vehicle and damages that occurred during your rental. These vehicles are our livelihood. Please take extra care of it.
