Bad tire condition, smell while turn on ac.
We appreciate honest reviews. However, we do specify in the listing that the van is FWD and does not have snow tires. We always recommend that our guests rent one of our AWD vehicles if they will be in heavy snow in the mountains, as they handle better. We will have the dealership replace cabin air filter, thanks for letting us know. We had not noticed any smell, nor had any other previous guest.
