The noise of the studded snow tires was not necessary. To add it isn't safe to use them during the summer. The vehicle worked week for us.

Everything was good with this experience except the initial pick up. I was not given the key code to the car and arrived at the car and had to wait almost an hour before I got the key code. I was on the phone getting a hotel by the Denver airport when I finally got a text back given me the code. The wait like I said, was almost an hour in the cold. This was the most aggravating part of this whole rental. Everything else went without a hitch
