Renter booked the Central Rec Center in Aurora as their pick up and return location. They asked if they could change locations to the airport but they didn't want to pay the airport fees and taxes. I explained that I can only do pick up and return at the address that is in trip details. I should have cancelled this trip as this person was very unreasonable.
Car quality, host and location perfect! Would remind renters that vehicle is a hybrid, which was no problem in itself. However, that does not allow 2nd row seats to fold into floor .. something Pacifica is famous for. However, not a negative for us and host and vehicle contributed to a great visit with family. Thanks, Gregor!

Car quality and host were great. Didn’t like Turo pickup option. Took 20 mins. One biggest benefit I saw in Turo was car at airport terminal
