The host was very communicative and pickup/drop off was very easy. The van made for a great family trip with exceptional gas mileage because it is a hybrid. Loved it!

Vehicle was great, hiccup with policy and law issues in the beginning for service members with an expired license even though we are protected by state law, but other than that, not a bad experience. Lesson learned for everyone, all worked out in the end, easy location to pickup and drop off, booking was fantastic, not a bad first experience using Turo. But do recommend this vehicle
