The car and the host were good but the pickup and return were both so inefficient. The parking lot is somewhat confusing and not very close to the airport. It also took 30 mins for the shuttle to pick us up when we returned the car, and some people might’ve missed their flight because the international shuttle hadn’t come in close to an hour.

Car quality was very good enough room and trunk space pick and drop off was very smooth and Vincent communicated very well no waiting at all

Good car! but smelled like smoke when we got it, but other than that no complaints. The host apologized and was quick in their response too. 😊

Instructions were clear and it helped that the shuttle drivers were also helpful. Car was an older model but good condition. I don't think the blind spot monitor was working though. I never saw it blink even though there was a car. Overall, good trip.
