The car was very spacious and accommodated my family of 8 very comfortably. My only issue was that there is an AWFUL smell in the car like someone had dogs in it and I did messaged the owner about it but never got a response. It was difficult for us to enjoy our family vacation because everytime we got in the car, the smell hit you, and the Florida heat did not make it any better. I had to buy several car fresheners and spray to try and help. Once that car gets shampooed maybe, it’ll be great. The car had a few exterior damages as well, nothing that made the car unable to operate so it was cool.

The Kia Carnival was honestly amazing. I never really knew much about the vehicle until I rented it, but now I genuinely love it. The car was very stylish, spacious, and packed with great features. It was the perfect vehicle for traveling with a group and made the trip super comfortable for everyone. Pickup and return were smooth, and overall it was a great experience. Definitely would rent again
