This was my first time using Turo, and the experience truly could not have been better. The Chrysler Voyager was the perfect choice for my family of six. Between the built-in roof rack for our cargo carrier, the Stow ’n Go floor storage, and the spacious rear cargo area, we had more than enough room for all of our luggage.

David was an outstanding host from start to finish. His communication throughout the rental process was clear, timely, and easy to follow, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The van itself was easy to locate, ready right on time, and impeccably clean inside and out—making for a very comfortable and enjoyable drive.

What really set this experience apart, though, was David’s support when we ran into an unexpected issue. On our return trip, we got a flat tire in a remote area of North Florida. David immediately stepped in—helping us locate a nearby tire shop, checking in on our family while we waited for a tow, and coordinating directly with the shop to cover the replacement cost. He even reimbursed us for the towing expenses.

While the situation could have easily turned into a major inconvenience, David made sure it was handled smoothly and with genuine care. We felt completely taken care of every step of the way. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being just a minor bump in the road.

If I could give David more than five stars, I absolutely would. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone considering Turo.
