Overall, the cargo van helped me move some furniture items but please note it does have a fixed metal shelf so if you're used to the cargo space of the same van just be sure to look at the pics carefully.
My license wasn't approved until I messaged the host and contacted Turo 45 min before my reservation started, but the host is pretty responsive (you'll get a reply usually within 30 min if not sooner). I also liked that I had to adjust my trip a couple times and no fees were charged.
The van drives well and my only complaint is the "Slick Locks" since there are no locks on the side or back doors. They take a bit of time to figure out and if you don't need to be opening, closing, and locking the van too much you will be fine.
The DCA pickup instructions were clear once host gave instructions so it's a convenient location whether you're traveling or local. It was the lowest price for local cargo vans so I would overall recommend but if you're moving big items just be cautious of the cargo space!
