This is my first time using Turo. We had to return early due to my daughter’s military flight getting moved up. The car was parked in same place as picked up

This response seems to misunderstand the Turo system. The guest attempted to return the car a day early with no notice to a metered lot. I declined the trip change because I was at work when she made the request. Guest was responsible for the costs of parking prior to the actual end of the trip. Guest’s complaint seems to misunderstand the nature of Turo. We are people sharing cars not rental offices. Guest also returned car without a full tank.
The car quality was good, as described and in pictures. The check in and check out process was very smooth and timely
