I was locked out of the van for 2 hours bc the key fob was not working. The host did not speak or acknowledge me once he arrived to open the door. Prior to him coming, he TOLD me to to purchase a new key from the store that I was at. He never thanked me for getting the battery mor did he offer to give me my money back. He was angry that he had to come and was rude and sarcastic when I was messaging him after doing everything I could to make the key fob work. He was more worried about his current obligations and pay/rating from Turo. Needless to say, this inconvenience ruined my twins birthday celebrations and caused me unnecessary STRESS. He didn't even apologize for me being stranded in this Texas heat!

Customer was irresponsible and locked the key in the vehicle. She is the only one who has done that over 100 trips and insisted it was my fault.. stopped everything I was doing to come and help her . I got the door open her and she still wasn’t happy.
I’ve rented this car before and had another great experience. It runs smoothly, is very fuel efficient, and has plenty of space. Definitely reliable and I’d rent it again.
